Account Registration & Eligibility
All players must be aged 18 or above at the time of registration. Date of birth is a mandatory registration field and is verified against government-issued National ID documentation during the KYC process. Accounts belonging to persons under 18 are closed without exception.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on cricmsd. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — are prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep your account details up to date. cricmsd reserves the right to suspend any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete pending satisfactory verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. cricmsd will never ask for your full password via live chat or email. Any activity carried out under your credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
Before processing any withdrawal, cricmsd requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Accepted documents include Bangladesh National ID Card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account matching registration details) is also required.

2.1 Registration Process
To open a cricmsd account, you must complete the registration form in full, providing a valid email address, a mobile number registered to a bKash or Nagad wallet in your name, your full legal name as it appears on your National ID, your date of birth, and a secure password of your choice. cricmsd will send a verification message to the mobile number provided. Accounts that are not verified within 72 hours of registration may be deactivated.
2.2 Corporate and Third-Party Accounts
Accounts may only be opened and operated by the natural person whose identity is submitted at registration. Opening an account on behalf of another person, operating an account as a business entity, or allowing a third party to fund or operate your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions on cricmsd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though enhanced due diligence may apply to single deposits exceeding ৳50,000. Deposits are credited to your cricmsd wallet in real time upon successful processing by the payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method registered to your account. cricmsd does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts, bank accounts not associated with your registered identity, or international payment services. This policy is a core anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following mobile banking and payment platforms are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, SureCash, and Tap. The mobile wallet number used for any transaction must be registered in the same name as your cricmsd account. Mismatching names will result in the transaction being held pending identity verification.
3.2 Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During periods of exceptionally high volume — such as the closing night of BPL Finals — processing may extend to a maximum of 4 hours. cricmsd does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Mobile wallet operators may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside cricmsd's control.
3.3 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Balances below this threshold must be built up through further play before a withdrawal request can be submitted. There is no restriction on the number of withdrawal requests a verified player may submit within a calendar month.
3.4 Deposit Reversal Policy
Deposits that are credited to your cricmsd wallet cannot be reversed once wagering activity has commenced. If a deposit has been received but you have not yet placed any wager, contact support within one hour of the transaction to request a deposit reversal. Reversals are subject to administrative review and may take up to 24 hours to process back to the originating wallet.

4.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonuses credited to your cricmsd account are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions are stated on each individual bonus offer page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account. Any winnings accumulated from an expired bonus will also be removed.
4.2 Bonus Abuse
cricmsd operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Activities classified as bonus abuse include: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; hedging bets across markets to reduce risk while clearing a wagering requirement; using automated betting software to meet wagering thresholds; and coordinating with other players to share or redistribute bonus funds. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
4.3 Modifications and Withdrawal of Promotions
cricmsd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in but before the wagering requirement is met, the remaining wagering obligation will be removed and any remaining bonus balance will be voided. Deposits made in anticipation of a promotion that has since been modified or withdrawn are not eligible for reversal on the basis of the promotion change alone.
4.4 Free Spins
Free spin awards are credited to specific slot titles as stated in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement disclosed at the time of the free spin award. Free spins that are not used within the stated validity window will expire without replacement or compensation.
Betting & Casino Game Rules
5.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on cricmsd are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. For cricket, the primary governing rule is that a match must reach a minimum pre-defined number of deliveries for bets to stand — exact thresholds are published in the cricket-specific betting rules accessible from the sports betting lobby. For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series fixtures, cricmsd reserves the right to void markets where a match is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or subject to circumstances materially affecting the integrity of the result.
Odds offered on cricmsd at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Changes in odds after a bet is confirmed do not affect the confirmed bet. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended at any time due to match events, data feed interruptions, or operator risk management decisions. cricmsd accepts no liability for delays in in-play market suspension.
5.2 Maximum Winnings
cricmsd reserves the right to apply maximum single-event winnings caps. For standard cricket betting markets, the maximum payout per bet is ৳5,000,000. For in-play markets, reduced caps may apply and are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation. Casino game maximum payouts are governed by the rules of the individual game supplied by the relevant studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, or Spribe).
5.3 Bet Cancellation
Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player once submitted and accepted by the cricmsd platform. If a market is voided by cricmsd due to the application of the rules in section 5.1, the stake for that bet will be returned to your wallet in full within 24 hours of the void decision. Requests to cancel confirmed bets on the basis of changed odds or changed player preference will not be accepted.
5.4 Casino Games
All casino games on cricmsd — including live dealer tables supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games from Spribe — operate on certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using cricmsd, you agree to act in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. You agree that your use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and that you will not attempt to exploit the platform for financial gain through any means other than legitimate wagering at the odds and terms offered.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are expressly prohibited on cricmsd:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet, casino game, or tournament.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in section 6.1 will be subject to immediate suspension pending investigation. Following investigation, cricmsd may permanently close the account, forfeit all balances including any pending withdrawal requests, and report the activity to relevant authorities where applicable. cricmsd's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding.
Fraud, collusion, bot usage, and money laundering are treated as criminal conduct. cricmsd will immediately freeze accounts and cooperate with law enforcement agencies upon receipt of credible evidence of any such activity.
Using a VPN or proxy to access cricmsd is prohibited. Accounts detected accessing the platform through IP-masking services may be suspended pending identity re-verification.

Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your cricmsd account at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course and paid to your verified payment method. Any active bonuses and their associated wagering requirements will be voided at the time of closure. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are handled as a priority and take effect within one hour of receipt.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion for a period of one week, one month, three months, or six months. A permanent self-exclusion option is also available for players who wish to close their account indefinitely. 7.3 Closure by cricmsd
cricmsd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons, without this list being exhaustive: breach of these Terms or any specific game rules; provision of false or misleading registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as defined in section 6; reasonable suspicion of underage gambling; or any other circumstance where cricmsd determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games offered. In cases of closure initiated by cricmsd for non-fraud reasons, any genuine player balance will be returned to the verified payment method on record after the investigation period.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cricmsd will send a reminder email to the registered address 30 days before dormancy classification. A dormant account with a positive balance will retain that balance indefinitely, but an administrative fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted from the dormant balance to cover maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.
Liability, Errors & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cricmsd's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cricmsd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
8.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical error, data feed malfunction, or human error in odds compilation — cricmsd reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. An "obvious mistake" is defined as odds that deviate materially from the true market price for the event in question at the time the bet was placed. cricmsd's determination of what constitutes an obvious mistake is final, subject to the dispute procedure in section 8.4.
8.3 Service Availability
cricmsd endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and circumstances beyond our control — including third-party data feed failures, mobile wallet provider downtime, and internet infrastructure disruptions affecting Bangladesh — may cause temporary unavailability. cricmsd is not liable for losses arising from inability to place bets during a service outage.
8.4 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the cricmsd service — including bet settlement, payment processing, or account management — you should contact the support team via 24/7 live chat in the first instance, with your account username and a clear description of the issue. The support team will aim to resolve standard queries within one hour. For complex or escalated disputes, a formal written complaint may be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". cricmsd will acknowledge formal disputes within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days.
8.5 Intellectual Property

Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any cricmsd content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
